I think it's great that you "bodybuild" ... but honestly when you get on stage there is not MUCH happening when you flex and squeeze

but props for ingesting some gear, eating "like a bb" and having the balls to go on stage and flex those "muscles"

Props for trying tons of gear but it doing nothing for you, being long term unemployed, trying to relocate in the usa but being denied by immigration, rarely having sex with a woman who isnt a prostitute or you met online

but anyway,i am almost reach 60s. i enjoy bodybuilding very much.
no need to doing crazy things just for plastic trophy.

(most bodybuilders look huge in the gym,but looks small at stage )
