i dont care if you show me lies about a different subject, what im saying is the report that obama pulled some stunt at the last second is completely false, they also rejected the proposal because it didnt effect medicare while it contained no new taxes.
Im sure he lied, outright lie probably not even so im a rationalist, many circumstances may change and this is a complex process however so it can sometimes get muddied however obama did no such thing and the repubs are doing a very poor job with the handling of this situation as per the american publics distaste for their tactics.
why are you against taxing the wealthy and reducing the inqequality in pay? their profits are coming from the workers, this is a fact look at the data, wages have stabilized, benefits have been decreased while corporations are sending work overseas and experiencing the best economic prosperity they ever have. Meanwhile job creation has not occured and the economy has descended all while these circumstances exist.
obama's policies and actions have been more repub then demo, bush gutted the economy and obama continues.
There are some clear cut issues that you seem to ignore.
1.the rich are richer during a period where the middle class, seniors and poor have seen decreased income, unemployment has increased stedily. Thus the rich are enjoying more then ever and have an 18% tax bracket which is appauling (i pay 50% by the way, half of what i make is taken). It's all relative as well, 18% of a middle class families income is alot wrt their quality of life which cannot be said of the ultra rich.
2. The military spending has seen growth that is unprecedented and is appauling. It is 6 times more then china and roughly 40% of the global arms issuing. How can you justify this spending? the war on terror? give me a break, this isn't WW3 and as democracy and peace increase military spending should go down, however, its just the opposite.
3. You need way more scientific funding, way more. Its the future, technology will pay for itself and should be the backbone of society.
I honestly think these are the key issues, however, there are a ton more but its quite obvious what the american people want.
