I agree for a chick thats some very impressive poundages either way. I once saw a female bb benching 305lbs for reps easily, if I remember her name I post the vid from youtube.

FINALLY you post something that is worthy of mentioning Mesomorph. But again, Midget Head, Midget Body, EXTREMELY SHORT TORSO which aids in Center of gravity as well as BEING EXTREMELY NARROW.

The more Narrow one is, the easier it is to pull off certain lifts, this guy is incredibly narrow.

well 95% of getbiggers couldnt one rep 225lbs even if their lives depended on it. There are some beast here though, very few, but they exist.

Why are you drawn to posting Midget Heads that are Extremely Narrow with Short Torsos? I understand that these types of bodies are ideal for moving weight, but your fetish is out of control lately. You do resemble these types though as you have a Midget Head, Short Torso and are Extremely Narrow yourself, correct?

.... the video was posted to highlight his strength i could care less about his appearance.... please dont try to make shrouded dig at my phsyique , Ive posted videos of obese guys moving phenomenal amounts of weights... and just to clarify Im wider than you bigger than you in better shape than you bigger muscles than you better waist than you...stronger than you and so on... and so on .......no comparison

That being said this thread is about this guys strength, please dont try to make it personal it because it will be a solo effort... because I wont play along

Coach this video reminded me of that lift you did which everyone over the years kept calling bullshit on
I always believed you because i have seen insane feats of strength in the gym and i know there are some strong strong unconventionally strong fuckers out there.
i bet if this guy had posted here and stated his lifts they would have called bullshit too

Excellent technique on Bench, very impressive.

Poor squat depth. Needs to drop 50 lbs and go at least parallel.

Deadlift- thumbs up!

Snatch & clean jerk- Gawd awfull technique. Perfect example of VERY strong dude trying to do something (the wrong way) he's not good at (Olympic lifting) and won't help him at his chosen goal ( bodybuilding)
Should not be performing OLY lifts with a powerbar and iron plates. Should be using an Olympic bar and Oly plates.

Overall impression- strong little fellow but obviously with a chip on his shoulder trying too hard to impress others.
