God help me, had a huge shake after working out, then ate some grilled chicken, yogurt with way and finally 4 egg whites, and still dont feel full. Im going to bed know dreamining about tomorrows breakfast (I will start with bread and honey hmmmm fuckin delicious).
Also, Im trying cuting carbs but its being very hard on my body. Last monday I ate half the quantity of rice Im used to eat during lunch and ended up having a HUGE abdominal cramp during chest workout in the afternoon. It was so painful I thought my whole body was going to colapse and I really mean it. Damn carbs, Im discovering that stuff is more addictive then coke and crack combined...
