this is also where he start loaind the seo in ....you will notice arm wil look bigger with the weeks while dieting ...and it wont mesure less it wil mesure exactly the same...so it wont be any illusion ,, it will be seo added in the right places to keep diameter while on stage

Surprised he is so strong on hammer, 5 plates for like 12 reps?????

Looks good, though biceps have zero detail/density compared to tri's, it's very noticeable...

Probably trying to come in big to outmuscle Kai. I'd love to see Jay win and Phil 2nd, with Branch or Kai for the bronze.

see ,,things like that make me think the fellas here some of them just dont understand or know bodybuild,, im sorry if this offend you but 5 plates each side of incline hammer are done DAILY by 200lb 6% fellas along americana for 8-12 reps EASY! AS A 4RTH SET SOMETIMES A SECOND EXERCISE...

what you said show severe lack of understanding and knowledge of bodybuilding strength and adaption to generation nothingness balonie,,

how can someone thikn 5 plates each side of hammer is strong for 280 lb 7-8% fella? HOW ? i do not ge it ,, fella is 15-25lb from stage  holding mostly water on him,, how can 5 plates each side for be hard? it is piece of cake i trained plenty ! plenty of 190lb fella at 6% that did same thing with better control of the weight for 10 reps 100lb less than this lazy bluw up doll,, he has so much drugs in him he cant even talk straight ,, can hardly function ,,slow as a damn turtle ,, he is ALL FUCKIN DRUGS,, he used ot have foundation now it is just going lower and lower cause his ass doeesnt tain and he gets old...he is all counting on drugs and only drugs


but not to worry .....the generation who compete against him is...well lazier lol

he is on TONS of gh and insulina ,, he is reallly really in a bad place when it comes to physiqe but in this generation it will be enough to pull it ...because as long as the drus maintain his thickness....and as long as the drugs bring condition with right timing...he is ok ,, the others are lazier...the others are nto as thick not as wide...but! rest assure he wouldnt win even 1 sandow againt the 90s fellas in this condition and size..he look like a fat blow up pig,, even when diet he look like insulina filled condom

sad thing he is going for anothr o win most likley ,,

i haven't been inside of a gym since 2005, thank god, but is this what douchers dress like now?  wiggers in skin tight shirts?  nice fucking sticker on the hat  ::)

in the late 90's, when i last took weightlifting seriously, there were a couple "pros" or npc dudes working out at my gym, and they always wore sweatpants and hoodies (yes even in teh summer).  it was a different kind of doucher, but at least they were covered up.

Agree with gh15 - on the hammer there is no balance involved - im not a naturaly strong guy but can knock off 4 1/2 plates a side for 10 -12 at between 215 - 220 @ 9% with very limited calories - well carbs in my system.

i just worked 3 days ago with a fella 202lb 6% 5'11 first set he warmwd up with 3 plates each side...then went to 5 plates each side for 12 then 10 then 8 ...no problemos like it was piece of jello,, then went to flat bench with him he knocked out another 3 platyes each side,, his chest is pro level indeed btu he is only 200lb ,,

5 plates each side is nothing for 280lb bodybuild in the single digits,, he should be able to do 8 plates each side for 10 easy  with the body composition i seen there...then again you cant put 8 but you get the idea
