Anyway, yes I consider myself as a pretty normal guy, though "normal" is a relative concept.  ;)
Most reps I did for legs were 30 rep squats, but I simply don't believe in high volume like that is effective for hypertrophy. These volume sets are -IMO- more suitable for endurance and sport specific training.

Yrs ago, I posted the vid where The Game talks about finger banging her at a crowded party...very juvenile of him. It was a hot97 interview. He also talked about her in the song "Wouldn't Get Far".
Vida has been in several low budget direct to DVD movies, one of which I have...
