Your running Tren, you will already be losing fat. If you can afford 4iu/day then run 4. GH won't start BUILDING muscle on it's own until you are past 8 iu's. Less than that it will add new fibers, make you appear more dense, and make it nearly impossible for you to add fat on. Water weight sure, but at 4 iu/day, you should not be getting fat.
