Interesting you mention hobbits, I was just watching a documentary series on human evolution. In Indonesia they discovered the fossils of an ancient animals/people from the genus Homo family named Homo Floresiensis that were estimated to be about 3 feet tall. They were nicknamed hobbits http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homo_floresiensis
And according to the people that lived there, back in the day those "hobbits" used ro take kids up to the mountains---they were kid stealer...Another kid stealer was the legendary Thunderbird, although that seemed to be story told to kids to make them wary.
I know you're talking about something else as they've been extinct for 12000 years. Anyway did you check the African chart? What part of Africa did your features look like? And Wiggs as well, don't just say Black, c'mon that's not new .
