patrick arnold isnt really as smart about shit as you would think he would be he just has chemistry knowledge. A lot of stuff in bodybuilding that is almost proven by people doing it isnt really supported by science

I have heard people say it worked failry well but felt dangerous one guy said he put on 30lbs water weight in the week and he felt it was really unhealthy but after comming off the week blast he was about 5lbs or so up. I think when I take the plunge im going 10iu mon-wen-friday but a lot of people have trouble maintaining that to sides maybe they are pussies idk.

did 18ui for 6 months n my waist had never change once i went back pre contest mode, use low slow slin on contest n kept small waist

 waist come with carb n maybe 1gflr3 i dont know , i never use while dieting

like gh15 repeat often or ,,, what i understood from him

 keto + gh  = 5'9 max 225 on stage

 carb + tren + slin + carb = big waist but 230+ pounds on stage

Never got the deep sleep from 5 iu's just the hand numbness. I hate to cut it after 6 months but it's def. killer on the finances

the second time it didn't do much exept make me a bit fuller

and this week I got bigger while losing a lot of weight very fast despite eating the shittiest diet ever
