theres a good few guys all carrying 250+ in ok condtion..

as has already been mentioned spike, adrian, groink, okami,mes- zo, hazbeen, mike cox, stav is packing the mass on too..and theres a few more

got to say loon has always impressed me, thats good solid mass right there...


cumdrizzle, u always seem to try n get sly digs in about my physique, id already competed successfully at your age, carrying much more mass and taking a fraction of whats been pumped into your body
