Hello, this is Helen,mike's wife,I thank every one of you for you warm and heartfelt comments.  You all wish you were pros,keep working out,you might get there one day. Just so you all know,he has been working at his dream for a long time and I have been at his side for 20 years.

I'm a very happy jolly grandmother as some of you called me,to have been on this ride with him, I might not be a supermodel,but who the fuck cares,we have 4 great kids,a great life,travel,and he's made  a name for himself. Something that most of you will only do behind a computer with your alias on getbig.

So keep up the good work,insulting people,hiding behind your pc,I at least have the balls to show myself in public!!! Oh and by the way,if you don't know already,people judge your character and not your looks,so I guess that wouldn't say much about you lot,since all we see is the character!!

I think some of you are under the impression that everybody has to be in 100% shape all the time to enjoy bodybuilding.  Training, discipline, dieting - you need encouragement from your family and friends, or at least it would be nice.   Some of the competitor that go out to contest have been overweight, and just have been trying to get back in shape.  You don't know what their backgrounds are.  So public figures are one thing (but private individuals should be left alone).  That has always been the rules, and will stay that way.

And yes, there is a difference between a 'your mama' joke, and a personal attack on a family member.  This is a Michael K thread.

For the record, I agree with Messiah, Ron and the rest regarding family...but my oh my is the "gimmick" thing that gh15 says SOOOO true on getbig.
