Honest question though, did you look like this for all 20 years, or did you gain weight after pregnancy and use that as an excuse because "I dont care if Im fat because I have great kids!" Isn't that a massive reason to stay in shape? for your kids? so you dont get any weightrelated complications? And shouldnt you be a good rolemodel? and dont you become a Better rolemodel for your kids if you teach them to respect their own body.. but you cannot do that before you respect your own body, which obviously you're not doing atm.

And stay is shape for your husband. If you ask him he won't complain ofc because he likes you. BUT if you didn't look like this Before the marrige you shouldnt now.

Out of respect to your husbans and your own body and out of respect for your children. You should stay in shape and be healthy.

You think? after 20 years together,and 4 kids and I apologize to you for me having a Mediterranean body,didn't think you cared!

But don't worry about our relationship,he's very faithful,and he's acknowledged the fact that I help him with all his food and

organization of trips etc. Actually he thanks me in every interview for helping get to where he's gotten.

Yes I'm very secure in my marriage thank you very much!
