There are actually pharmacies everywhere in Cancun, at least one pharmacy every two blocks in the hotel zone which itself is very large.  For anything that requires a prescription in America, they charge a ton for in the pharmacies there though.

While your there, hope on a flight, leave your passporte in your cancun hotel room, take a $60 30min flight to havana and get anything you want
