The major of Vilnius (Lithuania) has found a great solution for illegally parked cars  :D

Why didn't the major order one of his troops to do this?  Epic failure to delegate.  Good idea, piss-poor execution born of weak leadership.

A good leader should inspire. He believes in giving a good example.

Abuse of power, next lets shoot people for spitting on the side walk. A few more of these prima donnas and world war 3 is just around the corner

Lead by example, absolutely.  But don't do the soldier's job for him. I think this major is an attention whore who fails to trust his subordinates rather than a leader trying to inspire.

Politicians are public people (at least, they should be).
This was prob the first "treatment".  It's also pretty common that a politicans slam the first deep foundation into the ground, so why not?

No abuse at all. That street has a bicycle-only lane (yes, in Europe we treat cyclists with more respect than the rest of the world does), and there are clear signs on that lane. That Mercedes driving fat fuck was simply too lazy to park his car properly.

No, Job would invite the car owner for a good cup of coffee.

Like with many vids, you're never 100% sure if they're real or not

Rubbish.  Tow the vehicle...levy a draconian fine...block registration...someone could have gotten hurt by this attention-whore mayor doing what he did.  "We treat cyclists with more respect..." oh, brother, the sort of faggotry that begs towel heads to come in and take over.

Indirectly, you confirm my point.

That car owner was a rich bastard. He would pay the fine with a smile.
It looks like a quiet street so it looks pretty safe.
