Great fucking time for sure.  Yes there are some serious hot chicks there, but Pattaya, not so much.  I spent a few months in Thailand.  Started in Bangkok. Some sick shit there.  German tourists are notorious for going there to make child porn videos.  They get girls from 12-15 and make sick pornos.  Germans are sick fucks.  Every bar you go to will have hookers.  SOme of these broads have flawless skin and great features, just stay away from the shitty places.  Spend a couple days in Bangkok then get the fuck out of there and go to Pattaya and Phuket.  In Bangkok to to Ceasers during the day.  Totally awesome. You walk in and there is a large glass window with probably 50 chicks sitting on these stapes on display.  Some were cute, others not so much.  During the day it is not busy so you can bargain for 2 or 3 girls for $50-100.  I picked three girls.  Took me to a room.  There was a big tub, a TV and a fridge stocked with beer.  The girls give you a bath, scrub you down while all naked, then you just fuck away.  I had one girl bent over the bed, while another was bent over on top of her.  I would fuck one, pull out, stick my dick in another, on and on while the other one was sitting behind me licking my ass and balls.  It was a dirty fucking time.

Bangkok is funny because the HOV lanes are dead.  Thais can't afford to pay the $1-$2 to drive on them so they will sit in the worst traffic in the world, so make sure you tell your driver to take the pay lanes and you'll get anywhere a lot faster.

phuket, ko samui and bangkok for action.

ko phangan, ko tao, krabi, ko lanta and phi phi for relaxation.

phi phi has prolly the beast beach and water in thailand imo.

ko lanta is still very undeveloped and peaceful. ko tao is a divers paradise- the east side of it you'll find bungalows on stilts on a cliff side over looking the bay. i cannot remember the name of the resort- just head east till you get there.

check out phuket for sure. and ideal mix of commercialism and beautiful beaches. bangala road is one place you have to see

in bangkok check out koh san road. its a backpackers haven. people from all around the world on one narrow stretch of street. pad thai off a cart for 30 baht.

but ko phangan stole my heart. i dont know why. it just did.

Foreigners can own condo's, and you can buy land but it's tricky and requires setting up a company with Thai members.  There's always ways around the laws in Thailand if you have enough money to greese the wheels.

But anyone from anywhere can buy a condo in a building at any time and own it outright.

Standard tourist visas are 30 days but you can swing getting B visas or multiple re-entry O visas, but they are more difficult to get these days as they are clamping down on those, for now.  You can do boarder runs from just about any tour company in the major towns, depending on where you go you'll cross the boarder to either Burma, Cambodia or Malaysia, or Laos if you are up north and get an additional 15 days.  The multiple re-entry visas are the way to go if you plan on spending several months there as they get you 60 days and can be renewed just by crossing the boarder somewhere.

DJ closed that gym down a while ago and Gary Strydom is still floating around Pattaya.  Can usually spot him eating at Zen or down on Beach Road or Walking Street.
