Did you completely miss the part where I said "Thais in tourist towns feel this way" or are you just being dense on purpose?

I've spent 3 months in Si Sa Ket, Surin and surrounding areas, I certainly do not classify the Thai's in these areas as I do in the tourist towns.  I appreciate and agree with your post, however, try reading more carefully next time.

Great fucking time for sure.  Yes there are some serious hot chicks there, but Pattaya, not so much.  I spent a few months in Thailand.  Started in Bangkok. Some sick shit there.  German tourists are notorious for going there to make child porn videos.  They get girls from 12-15 and make sick pornos.  Germans are sick fucks.  Every bar you go to will have hookers.  SOme of these broads have flawless skin and great features, just stay away from the shitty places.  Spend a couple days in Bangkok then get the fuck out of there and go to Pattaya and Phuket.  In Bangkok to to Ceasers during the day.  Totally awesome. You walk in and there is a large glass window with probably 50 chicks sitting on these stapes on display.  Some were cute, others not so much.  During the day it is not busy so you can bargain for 2 or 3 girls for $50-100.  I picked three girls.  Took me to a room.  There was a big tub, a TV and a fridge stocked with beer.  The girls give you a bath, scrub you down while all naked, then you just fuck away.  I had one girl bent over the bed, while another was bent over on top of her.  I would fuck one, pull out, stick my dick in another, on and on while the other one was sitting behind me licking my ass and balls.  It was a dirty fucking time. 

The key for me was when I got to the hotel (JW Marriott) the bell boys are the the ones to hook you up.  They will get you girls, a driver etc...  I had a driver assigned to take me around, cost me $100 for a week.  He litteraly slept in the lobby and waited for me then drove me around, drove me to Pattaya and back.  When I got into the hotel the bell boy asked me if I wanted a girl, I told him how much, he said $25. I laughed thinking it was going to be some ugly dog for that price. He promised me it would be a hot chick, no more than 15 minutes later I had a knock at my door and it was this cute little Thai chick.  After flying 14 hours I wanted a shower so she showered me, scrubbed me, then I fucked her a few times, sent her on her way then took a nap then went out on the town.

In Pattaya see if you can find someone named "Sat"  He runs the shit in Pattaya.  He'll be your hookup.  You walk into bars and right away bitches are grabbing your cock while others are feeling your pockets to find your wallet, so be carefull where you put your money.  There are dudes sitting at bars with chicks on their laps fucking them right there.

Be carefull about drugs though. Thailand has real strict drug laws and you don't want to get pinched.

There is a full moon rave that happens monthly at Kho Pangan which is FUCKING AWESOME.  You need to plan to go there.

You'd be amazed at driving around at how you will see slummy shitty homes, then a gorgeous temple right next to them.  Go into the temples, they are real beautiful.

Bangkok is funny because the HOV lanes are dead.  Thais can't afford to pay the $1-$2 to drive on them so they will sit in the worst traffic in the world, so make sure you tell your driver to take the pay lanes and you'll get anywhere a lot faster.

I'm English, I was living in Japan working on a manufacturing software project & they sent me here to work on the implementation. When that finished, I figured I'd stay for a vacation and one thing led to another and now it's 14 years later. Finding work is hard here but if you have contacts back home, it's not that hard to take advantage of the labor rates here and make yourself a niche. Of course a lot of people come here and think that becoming a bar owner/pimp is a niche.

The hardest thing here is keeping your shit together. There is no-one here to tell you to slow down, no-one holding you back. You can find someone to party with every day. Whetever your vice, you will find it here and in quantity. As such, a lot of people fall off the rails.

Still - if you keep things in perspective, earn a good wage, don't get fucked up daily, then it's a nice place to live. Tropical beaches are well within reach, foods great, beers cold. The locals love kids, so it's a good place to raise a family. I think part of the attraction is living in a country with culture that is so different from your own. I still shake my head at some of the things I see on the streets of Bangkok. Perhaps the best thing about working with the locals here is they don't whine like English people do, they are an easy going lot.

You also need to have a pretty god bullshit detector here because there's a scam round every corner. Getting scammed a few times certainly hones that talent.

This is a Bangkok perspective, I imagine someone living in Pattaya will have a very different perspective. In either place, you will become jaded over time but that's not such a bad thing.
