How long until QE3?

Even with the debt deal the market is cratering and being that the only reason the DOW is not sitting at sub-10k right is because of QE1 and QE2, how long can we expect until the Bernanke and Obama further destroy the dollar with another round of stimulus that will surely fail?

I meant to say, "QE4" as Obama's oil release was an attempt at a stealth QE3. Hard to keep track of all these brilliant economic plans by the God-King.
