The christian church used an array of interesting torture devices during the Inquisition. In this country, people who were suspected to be witches were burned alive or drowned. The real problem is irrational barbarity encouraged and facilitated by religion itself. Even slavery wad justified by the bible. We only advanced culturally in this country because we abandoned a lot of that superstitious idiocy, not all, but a lot of it.
I agree and this is a great post along with KSA triceps. But I would be curious do you have any bible verses to back up these claims? Not saying you're wrong just would love to have the actual ammo in a debate.
