Meal 7:
2 Scoops protein with skimmed milk
handful of Almonds

Throw in a couple of Smart Ones after Meal 6,

I try not to go off this plan during the weekdays (but I do - more than I'd like to).... On weekends (Days I'm not training) I tend to cheat a lot!

Thats the BIG ACH diet plan

bro. i see no point to use skimmed milk in a high calories diet like yours unless you prefer its taste more than the full cream milk!!..
