I laugh when people go on about how proportionate and balanced Rockell is.

No man should have a belly that protrudes as far as his chest unless he is a couch potato.

I don't think it's overated. It's clearly adding size to everyone's bodies...

I just blame the judges for rewarding that type of ballooned up physique.

It is not inspirational at all. Not one little bit.

oh have no doubt about it...gh is not over rated....i was saying that the abusers,, the fella who buy the most for themselves say it aroudn so no one else get it and more to flow around lol

Sorry, but I completely disagree with this.

The fact that their bellies are all half a breath away from exploding is glaringly obvious in every single pose.

In my opinion, there shouldn't be anything to 'hold in'.
