Strength varies to much to say. I'm a twink and i lift very heavy, it's part of the reason i want to stay natty to see what the limit is. It also depends on your goals, i don't like the overly juiced up look, so when i do go on in a few years, i would be looking at low dose test, var, hgh. If it's just a visual pursuit of a certain physique you might as well jump on now if you have the cash. It doesn't affect your ceiling, most pros are on in their early teens, it will affect what you go down to should you go off. Naturals who have paid their dues in the gym for years keep muscle far better regardless of circumstance.

Good advice! So you're the twink white Serge Nubret  ;D :D?

Something like this dude is my goal

Perfect size and still athletic. (slight homo)

I know a guy who is jucing and looks great, but still cant bench press for shit.  Strength doesnt matter if you plan to bodybuild.  Weight is just a tool to stimulate the muscle growth.

Never used and naturally able to do the following for a few reps:

Bench 485
Hack Squat 800
Military Press 330
Lying Extension 265
Db Curl 100s
Db Hammer Curls 105s
Bent Over Rows 405
Db Side Laterals 85s
Db Front Laterals 90s

Deads and Squats I don't care for, but I've done sets of 405 for 12 on deads and few reps of 550 on squats.

Now these are some of my best lifts, but all done without bb chemicals.....took years and years of training to get there.

Yep I'm like 170 at 6'1...twink status brother. Training has added a lot of detail and shape to my body but i need to add mass. Want to get to about 190 at 6% then see where i'm at. Sort of similar situation, you have good lines and structure but need mass too. I Will very likely jump on the juice in about 18 months just for the density and muscle quality, just final polish. What's your bodyfat Xerses i walk around at about 7-8 it's probably better to eat like a pig when bulking lol.

I don't post it to brag, but to illustrate that you don't have to use to get stronger.  You want freaky, competitive muscular size you'll need the juice; still, you can grow without it.

I see, thanks for good advice. I want to reach a certain strength level before I start just for my self respect  ;D.

Right now I have veins on my stomach but still a small pouch on my lower abs, my quads get lean quick.. I think I'm at maybe 9-8% now, I'm dieting slowly so it wont affect my strength levels.

None that I'm aware of with exception of one gym video I was on.  In the video one guy was lifting weights being filmed by another guy and the guy filming told me he got his buddy lifting and me scratchin my butt.....I can see if that video is available.

Thread title says it all, curious to see what getbiggers think. I bet a whole bunch of you started roiding right away, yet still talk about building a "natural base"  ::)
i could bench deadlift 405 for one, 315 for 8..  leg press 1200lbs for 12.. shoulder press the 90's for 12.. bench 205 for 10..

but once you juice and getbiiger youll continually learn how to better isolate muscle groups (bigger muscles are easier to isolate and contract) and each time your form improves the weights will drop...    i really dont lift too much more weight than i used to... but now my form is extremely strict and the target muscle is doing 100% of the work..

as far as juicing goes.. the sooner the better, the longer you stay on the bigger youll get

i do think its good to have a few yrs natural under your belt, especialy if you start young.....

i  think unless you have the worst genes in the world, you should be able to squat 3 plates for reps and bench at least 2 plates for reps before u start...you should have a good base by then

Hi Billy guns? Phil heat? Markus ruhl? Liar priest?

I am the poster boy for "all drugs" .. I miss workouts ALL the time, I eat like shit as long as i get lots of protein in im good, I never go over 2 plates a side on incline, havent squatted in ages, never deadlift, train back once a week usually a couple sets of lat pulldowns or machine rows. I never do barbell rows or any of that crap :D. The only reason I go to the gym is to look at women and get my moneys worth from my drugs. No weight training and drugs dont work their magic obviously.
