Here's the thing. If you sterilize all girls before they've become fertile, they can't get pregnant even if the man signs his name in blood or semen.

Here's a thought, how about the U.S. Congress enacts a law requiring female circumcision or FGM much as is done in African and some other places and where a female's vaginal lips are sewn shut so she cannot be penetrated until she marries.

FGM is typically carried out on girls from a few days old to puberty. It may take place in a hospital, but is usually performed, without anesthesia, by a traditional circumciser using a knife, razor, or scissors. According to the WHO, it is practiced in 28 countries in western, eastern, and north-eastern Africa, in parts of the Middle East, and within some immigrant communities in Europe, North America, Australasia. The WHO estimates that 100–140 million women and girls around the world have experienced the procedure, including 92 million in Africa. The practice is carried out by some communities who believe it reduces a woman's libido.

The WHO has offered four classifications of FGM. The main three are Type I, removal of the clitoral hood, almost invariably accompanied by removal of the clitoris itself (clitoridectomy); Type II, removal of the clitoris and inner labia; and Type III (infibulation), removal of all or part of the inner and outer labia, and usually the clitoris, and the fusion of the wound, leaving a small hole for the passage of urine and menstrual blood—the fused wound is opened for intercourse and childbirth. Around 85 percent of women who undergo FGM experience Types I and II, and 15 percent Type III, though Type III is the most common procedure in several countries, including Sudan, Somalia, and Djibouti. Several miscellaneous acts are categorized as Type IV. These range from a symbolic pricking or piercing of the clitoris or labia, to cauterization of the clitoris, cutting into the vagina to widen it (gishiri cutting), and introducing corrosive substances to tighten it.

While you may think these people are savages, they probably don't see it that way at all. It is simply part of their culture.

There are many in our culture that would see you proposal as savage. By this I mean do you suppose these 12 year old girls would ask to have their tubes tied? I doubt that would be the case, therefore someone would be making this decision for them. Who would do that? Would it be their parents. I doubt this because that is not the norm in our culture. This leaves us with a law requiring it. Who do you suppose would pass such a law....Congress? I doubt it.

Perhaps you are suggesting a bunch of renegade men (some would say savages) who want to fuck little girls so they are willing to fuck them up against their will to do it and not risk impregnating them.

So the GOP cries about the deficit and the fiscal cliff but has no plan of fixing it.

Obama comes with a plan that fixes 8% of the annual deficit but the GOP wont do it because it raises taxes on the rich.

The GOP is killing our economy to make the already rich even richer and now they kill of the middleclass.

Im glad actually no everybody can see the republicans true colors.

 “Four years ago, Obama misunderstood his mandate.  “The regulations, the taxes and the spending will generate tea party 2.0, much stronger than tea party 1.0 because it’s going to be deeper. It’s not just spending. It’s spending, taxes and regulations.”

When you have a bill to pay you gather revenue to pay it by raising taxes on the rich. Nobody gets hurt.

The GOP is so willing to protect wealthy donors from this that they will raise taxes on the middleclass.

Its simple.

GOP = more deficit, weaker country, raising taxes on the middleclass, and the few rich gets richer.

Dem= lower deficit than with the GOP, stronger economy and country, tax cuts for the middleclass, slightly poorer rich people but the will still be 100 times better of than your average joe.
