Communism isn't the answer.  Population growth should be more controlled, having children should be like getting a loan, if you cant afford the repayments you cant have a child. Our western values have left us open to exploitation from people in our own countries and the third world, instead of donating food and money we should be paying for sterilisation drugs. So we should allow our government to control the state of existence? We should allow the government to control the basic foundation of life?
