always followed the "more money" path but after more than 20 years you start to understand that money are important but it's a balance between the two that really matters for you and your family.
as soon as you see friends in the same "race" like you getting heart attacks, cancers, or simply having childs, you start realizing that it's a balance between the two that really matters.
my case it's a little bit different: i worked (and still i am) from 7 to 20 every fucking day, most of all because i love it: but i know it's like any other addiction.
You earn money that you'll not use anyway because your focus is only on your job and the pleasure you get from it, in fact in all honesty i would do the same amount of hours even for 1/3 of my salary because i just love it.
