yes i have as you know. Helped for sure, however, flattened me out and caused some lethargy due to glycogen depletion. PPAR alpha agonism is good to have going on when your in lipolysis mode.

dude i honestly can't remember at the moment, if i had to guess i would say lower carbs but not keto or anything, certainly enough to have energy. Im a sensitive girl though, just so you know :-*

my girlfriend can handle more supps then me most of the time.
