L-Carnitine can have a libido boosting effect. The ALC, PLCAR. I notice that.

I don't think it will boost fat loss but it can have positive neural effects.

If you like how it makes you feel, then it might be worth taking.

I'm taking an ALCAR/theanine/Relora product right now and I definitely feel it in a good way.

Thanks, I have two friends a Marathon runner and a cyclist both started taking them and wanted to have a little info ,since i  thought it was useless but havent heard much about it so far.

If I were a marathon runner I would be taking Nolvadex or Clomid, or better yet test or other androgens. :D

L-carnitine might have a small positive effect on testosterone in someone who is training a lot. Marathon runners typically have very very low testosterone levels.
