There was a guy Stephen Frazier, I believe-he's not a Pro, his arms were bigger, no gut, and his arms only taped out to 21.

This guys gut is indeed out of control. Personally I always thought a slight "gut" looked awesome though. I was never a fan of Flex or Serge for this reason, his waiste is too damn small. A waiste should be thick and powerful like any other muscle.
