There was a guy Stephen Frazier, I believe-he's not a Pro, his arms were bigger, no gut, and his arms only taped out to 21.

Yeah gut is out of control.

Guy is cut, but he's really letting that gut relax more than he every should. GH use, Slin or whatever, he needs to spend a few weeks doing vacuum's and controlling that issue of a gut.
Sure his arms are big, but when every is looking at your gut because it's abnormal and detracts from your arms, and your flat chest, what is the point?

Here's the thing though. They tape at 22" cold or 22" pumped full of blood. I mean I've taped at 19" right after contests in June and 21" pumped up but my waist wasnt nearly that big. Is it really worth it for that extra 2 inches to blow out the waist.

Its going to make it very difficult competing against pros with 33" and below waists...oh wait...we're not in the 90s anymore

because hes got big arms if his arms were 2 inches smaller i doubt you would use the word impressive here he looks garbage in that clip... no v taper... short and midget like.....
