No it isn't. But Breivik inspired himself in this manifest... How is it related to London? Easy... see the description that he made about leftist people. It is exactly that same leftist people that dragged the world to the situation that it is today...

The unibomber is one of the greatest minds of our time and his manifesto is an excellent document. All very true. His only downside is that he chose to kill and harm people to get his message out there. Terrible mistake.

Breivik is not a right wing extremist, he is actually as left as they can be.
His opinion is, anti-racism, pro homosexuality, pro israel, pro zionism.

Norway cut their oil supply to israel. = the OIL MINISTRY building gets bombed in Oslo.
Otoya holds an pro-palestine, anti-israel rally. = 80+ ppl killed the next day.
