yep dunno why, i could do 10 sets of full range contraction hams curls and not get as sore as if i did 3-4 sets of stiff leg dl, excercise which the hams doesnt even get a full contraction...

I agree for his size that was a good lift.
i stop short of standing straight up, with db's to the side of your body instead of the bar in front its a much easier movement to feel, my lower back gets too much work with the bar
Here you go...watch the video carefully and copy the technique hes using.You wont have any problems feeling your hamstrings this way.
