Damn, you guys are brutal.
Well, I know you're going to rip on me but I'm obviously natural. I got really ripped this year
because I followed a diet that was a little higher in carbs and lower in fats and lower in protein.
I brought my weight down to 190 so I could make the cover of IronMan. I don't think I look
like I'm on drugs. I've been training for almost 35 years so I always had the muscle. I just had
to get really lean to look my best. I used to compete at 200-205 but I went down in weight this
year to get really ripped. This is the leanest I've been in probably 15 years. I describe the diet and
training in detail in the IronMan Magazine article. I'll pull the shorts down lower for the next photo
shoot. That's a bad habit of mine. LOL
What it is, is this:
1. your age
2. the hormone levels AT THAT age (gone or too weak)
3. The level of bf% you are able to maintain and muscle able to be supported, at an age where your body just does NOT and WILL not do it anymore! The muscle fullness to bf% with the hormone levels of a 50 year old.
This is what it is.
You are telling us right now, you have defied the laws of muscle building and how the body ages.
Having said that, you're not going to ruin it all now and admit it on an internet forum after all these years, are you.
It's better just not to say anything.
