Man some of the machines I see in these videos are awesome. The gym I go to has a shitty selection of hammer strength machines that's about it I wish they would upgrade!

OH and Jay is one boring guy. Just so monotone nothing exciting about him. I know it's been said a million times but no one can hold comes close to the amount of charisma Arnold had. Arnold would of made some jokes made that little segment sound more exciting. Jay is like watching paint dry.

Gigantic ... and boring as all fuck. Pre-contest is all drugs and lean eating, anyway. His training, whatever point in a year it might be, is incredibly lame.

And to add to this, it's biceps training. What is remotely exciting about training biceps? Hell, stay home and curl some soup cans. Same thing ... and equally as effective. Especially for ol' Jay, considering all that he is on. Probably gets a biceps pump looking at his watch.
