not everyone is a groink who can hold 230-250 and not look like a tub of shit. and not everyone can be a zyzz with a small waist, and attractive muscle shape.

you might not know who that is, but there was a clue in that. This dude also kills Zyzz in terms of shape, and size...not cuts...as he is 5'8 185-190...He's built for benching...
And where I'm from, dudes like this were in college with me. And Zyzz wasn't special neither. The only thing that made Zyzz was her personality. Personality can make it or break it. To look like Zyzz is quite simple, where i'm at---cardio with your shirt off during the middle of the day, usually on a HS track or on the streets.

i find guys like zyzz are actually harder to come by... seems like anyone who decides to juice will go all in and get huge. in my experience the typical bodybuilder is a guy who has no shape and will look like shit, big, small, ripped or fat.

i've only come across a handful of guys who could look as good as zyzz at his size.

I carry much more muscle than Zyzz but his shape and structure is incredible. He has such great cuts and proportions. I wish i could get my abs like that, i can hold no fluid or fat in my legs or arms but start losing the fluid from my abs i have no energy. Yeh there are guys that can get ripped but his proportions are extremely rare.

Anyway he's only 22 how thick can he be. It takes time.
