CAPRIESE MURRAY COULD OF BEEN A THREAT!

If he stopped working with john o'reagon and used less SEO and gained more muscles mass on his bi's,tris and back he had mr.O potential. Capriese had some of the sickest legs ever! the leg sweeps on capriese were insane! top 3 ever. he only competed in one show and it was the 2006 NOC he took 5th and a mr.olympia spot due to his score. His doctor said he was heading toward a unsafe lifestyle so he quit. but add 20 pds on the dude and he was mr.O for sure. very similar to dexter but with way better legs.His arms were huge but obviously fille with SEO. But he was working with o'reagon and he is notorious for fucking up BB arms with seo. he could have stopped using seo and built his arms up a little more without the SEO and then maybe added some before the show, gaurantee he could have been a Mr,O if he really trained right and got his cycle and exotics on point. a sad story he is a uncrowned mr.O

He almost died from something from what I heard and decided to leave the sport.  Prime example of someone who has some brains.  I think he's doing personal training nowadays

I dont know if he almost died but he did alot of drugs that year did the nationals twice and the NOC all in a year His bloodwork was probably fucked and he promised liz his wife if health issues got in the way he would quit. vince is actually right most bodybuilders wouldnt of stopped but capriese had the brains to stop BB.Its to bad because I think he could of been Mr.o with the right back and arms and thicker abs he would of been one of the nest mr.o's of all time!
