my delts are way bigger than my delts, but they always were a problem. long, so hard to appear massive.

don't agree. kai greene for example has arms overpowering his delts. i don't like it when the peak towers over a flat shoulder in the bdb.

i think they should be in proportion. like two round hills. the delt could even be bigger.

always thought kevin levrone had outstanding arm proportions.

mine used to be bigger, but due to a shoulder injury my delts are smaller than my delts now
