Flinstones is up to date on what's going on, I saw soem shit going down on another forum, and the first time I see it mentioned here is in a flinstones post. I think Arnold Jr is a good poster and ive no problem with him as a mod on the steroid board, he makes some very good topics which actually create discussion rather than the ''how long should i run a cycle'' or ''how much test per week'' shit that is often a feature of the topics on the board

However Division needs to be stripped of his mod status, he has done nothing since 2009 and was a drug pusher and a snitch, get rid of that shit now.

Whitewidow needs axing also, he is a con and a narc, he is spamming eurokunt through posts on the open board and through private PM's, the guy is a felon and is not to be trusted, he is only here to push a certain supplier of gear and nothing more, i also suspect he is a bottom bitch of LE so dont deal with him.

Arnold has a certain interest in pushing certain suppliers and brands but at least he is subtle and discreet about it and does it through private channels, he also doesnt go all out posting how all rival suppliers and brands are shit.

As for adding fats means adding calories, no it doesn't mean that at all. Yes, if calories are too high this inhibits fat-loss that's true and it doesn't matter where those calories are coming from, fats or carbs. But I've never said add fats on top of the carbs you're already eating. If you have a set range of calories that you're trying to hold to I'd think it would go without saying that some of the other calories would necessarily have to come out of your diet.

All foods are no created equal and every persons individual response to certain foods is not equal....if this were true every single guy on here could have the potential of being a top national contender or even pro. Here's a prime example; take Flex Lewis, a guy who diets on very low carbs not because he wants to but because he has to or he cannot get lean enough. Then take his training partner, a top national contender who diets on nearly 6x the amounts of carbs and if he doesn't he withers away. Both work with the same guy for the prep, Neil Hill. Everyone is different, this is just another example.
