 Freeman can't get sharp anymore, is a done deal. Horrible 12 yr old girl calves. Do standing and hack squat machine calf movements to stretch them. Seat calves are knotting them. |

Rhoden looks phenomenal. Alvisi as always horrible and competing only in shows sponsored by Gaspari. I guess he will be pushed to top3 and Rhoden will place fourth due to fucking politics.
Alvisi is horrible bodybuilder. Poor structure, huge whole in chest and lacks muscle. There's absolutely nothing special about this guy, he's terrible. And those tools from md always make compliments about him to make him something more than he is in reality.
