How can you take those fucktards seriously.I dont even grunt in the gym let aloine "psych up" myself...and i do just fine on all my lifts. This way you get respected in a gym.
Just wondering. I never learnt that. And now of course it doesn't even matter as I just train for fun and health But 'psyching up' is probably quite efficient. All the athletes psych themselves up also. No?
