jay looks huge
those supposed 155's, are very small thats labelled 130 (6 plates either side of the dumbell) in my gym

why does jay at his stage of his career with all of those years of experience need hany to train him in the gym... $:-\$

gotta love ronnie trained alone hard and heavy... no guru in the gym

news alert, there are 7 plates on each side so yes those can be 155lbs. who cares really? Jay is showing brachiallus separation and there are actually veins on his arms and delts.

this was actualy good training session ,, this was a good one,, he is very high on all drugs,, his face is changing due to over all body compsotion change ,, really the weight he loses is mostly water right now and the 3 dimentional comes in from the trenbolona and the gh at high doses...he is really drugged maxed as we call it but! he trained very good and he has no comeptition right now in ifbb ,, the field is just not good enough ,, they want philsulina to win!,, kai is actualy holding more muscle than both ,, but jason just has the frame ,,

the best among the worst,,but! winner is a winner...

I dont go so far(calling them as worst) but winner is a winner. i dont see anybody better than fridge jay for now when it comes to contest.

As you will notice I used the word 'drastically' smaller. It is quite obvious that no one is perfectly symmetrical. However, his right arm is drastically smaller than his left arm, beyond what is of the norm. Its smaller to the point of looking odd.

That picture title refers to the 2004 'O, so that was before his serious injuries.
It looks like Jay trains more safe during his prep; more machine work, better form and ...

In 2007 jay was completely OFF.
Victor has never ever been dry like Jay of 2009.
Last year, he wasnt dryer than 2009.
But I feel that he will show off with his best ever form.
