I went to UH for one of my undergrads which is in 3rd ward, the churches chicken directly across the street from campus had bullet proof glass with small blocks cut out to push the food through. Their was a little corner store that would have no shit 20-30 ppl outside every morning playing dominoes, bull shitting etc...
