Met layne at my gym last month.  He was doing the smolov Squat workout.  Guy was real thick but not huge. Def looked natural.  And his thickness only makes sense for the insane poundages he lifts.  He trains HARD.  He was doing 10 sets of 3 with 495 on his back!
