Panamanian Free Trade Agreement?

Watched Dylan Ratigan show for the first time today on MSNBC.

He railed against this Panamanian Free Trade Agreement being pushed by Obama who claims it will create jobs in America.

Dylan showed that

- Panama's economy is .2% of America's economy
- there isn't any existing laws or agreement that allows our government (namely the IRS) to track money there and
- No requirements on existing agreements or future agreements to obligate the Panamanian government to report money that's in their country.
- Panama doesn't tax any of this foreign money
-  It cost about $2000 grand to set up a corporation
-  there are about 400,000 corporations in Panama right now.

What a fucking scam.
