I've always liked how Lee trains with moderate pace and with strict control. Not many train like that these days. Lee is good example for young kids learning how to perform exercises properly.

Amazing all lee does is train in his basment with like 3 or 4 machines, pops a D bol tab like once a week if he feels like it and BAM hes huge!!! must be nice

Not genetics - years and years of high hormone abuse - if he had sick genetics he wouldnt be 4'8 and would have a back and chest  ;D

Looks like he really lots it in terms of size. Probably has a 44 inch chest. Looks like all he's doing is pumping oil into his arms to keep them boofy and letting everything else go to some extent.

What is he doing playing around with leg extensions?  ??? No wonder he has lost size....he probably trains the rest of his bp the same, all machine light pumping.

he lost a LOT of size,, alot of lean muscle has been lost on that fella,, he is done ,,well done ,, cooked,,never to be seen on stage again unless embaresment he ask for ,, done
