Im 6'0 218 pounds bf around 12%. Those numbers are pretty hard to get naturally. I'm pretty athletic played some football ran track wrestled ect. I use test and an oral. If I had the funds I would mess around with a little bit of gh. I think I could blow myself up to 225-235 look athletic still.
