my goal was actually eating lots of complex slow carb like yams n brown rice but on liquid form ! lol

its very well know, in fact it was one of the main marketing features when it first came out, that vitargo is an extremely fast digesting carbohydrate. supposedly THE FASTEST. although i dont think it was ever proven to be significantly faster than dextrose or malto, it is indeed as fast if not a little faster than those. its a big waste of money.

vitargo is a fast, processed carb. its supposedly faster than dextrose, which means its even "shittyer". it may be a complex molecule or what have you, but when we talk about complex and simple carbs we are talking about digestion rate and effects on blood glucose/insulin. complex=slow simple=fast. vitargo=as fast as it gets.   ... ud save a ton of money and get the same exact effects by using dextrose.   probably be cheaper and get even better results just drinking juice.

I agree with Bikinislut here... why are you so concerned about complex or simple carbs.  It's not that huge of a difference unless you are 8 weeks or less until a show.  I have never heard of anyone getting an extra 5 lbs of muscle just because their carbs were complex.  Don't make nutrition to complicated, expecially if you are hormonized.

dunno if both mixed is gonna taste good, but try it! btw complex carbs are healthier than simple when you dont take slin and your pancreas as to do overtime work to produce non-natural amounts of slin because of all those carbs getting in your blood freaking fast. but when injecting a shitload of slin like us, simple or complex, doesnt matter, the pancreas still have a break, it will still produce slin but wayyyyyy less than if u didnt just slammed 50ius of hum-r in your shoulder

I guestimate it to be close to 10000 Kcal? I know guys (even pros) say it's impossible to eat that much each day, but he did, he said it was harder than dieting..feeling full to the point of feeling sick all day long and having to eat continuously like that.
