Few people criticise Ron Paul for his statements about the FED. Its his idiotic statements about foreign policy and lack of moral clarity that draw criticism. There is indeed a good argument for getting rid of the Fed, but Ron Paul doesnt help the situation by bellowing about the FED as if it is the devil. Simply making the argument that the FED is too loose with monetary policy is a far more persuasive argument than bitching about its existence.
