Not sure when, I am more of an opportunist than a planner.  So when the right building in the right street comes up, or when a good size gym up there is going under or ready to move on, I will jump at it!

P.S. Vince Basile, if you get sick of it, let me know.

Property prices in Sydney are rediculous so makes sense.

I'd say he would rent a space but that is generally much costlier than Melbourne.

Problem with Sydney is that every fucker will try to shake you down... Especially the local council!

I don't live in Zuidholland anymore, you don't want to see the "fitness clubs" around here....I'm glad I have my rusty old weights at home...

Which province, if I may ask?
Let me guess... showroom places with parquetry floors, filled with lazy/bored people doing cardio?
There are some decent/good gyms in The Hague and Rotterdam, but for me, they're a bit too far away.

Correct, that is why I would prefer to find one that is run down or tired with permits, parking etc in place. Also correct that I prefer to lease than to buy.

I actually train there, no other gym like it in melbourne. Awe inspiring pictures everywhere, atmosphere alone will help you add 5-10lbs of mass.

I hope you had a good reason for that (a well-paid job and/or a busty farmer daughter)

It's a combination of those plus multiple misunderstandings plus wrong choices plus the price houses there and here, then and now...I might be back.

Problem is many of the independent gyms went out of business when fitness first expanded rapidly in Sydney. Even John Terilli's main gym closed down.

There's always a public for "independent gyms"; hard workers, who train with passion.

Wish there were gyms like this here.

I'd say "wish I lived in Australia", but I know what a fuckwit place it's been turning into.
