REAL ( read NATURAL ) Bodybuilding keeps you looking and feeling young.

Being a drug addict has nothing to do with bodybuilding.

Poster could be used for an anti-drug or mental illness campaign though.

The main thing wrong in the front view is there seems to be some structural issue where the muscles in the inside of the knee, like the sartorius, are bearing the brunt of everyday movement and training in a disproportionate way to the thighs and calfs.

This causes the knees to look bigger and unaesthetic. This seems to happen to people much older generally but bbs like younger Lance Dreher had the same structural condition.
