In this video Ronnie Coleman talks about his career as a bodybuilder and how Flex Wheeler introduced him to Chad Nicholls.  Flex admits that never did he dream that Ronnie would become such a fierce competitor.  Ronnie talks about his basic diet principles and also how Flex gave him a competitive advantage.
Ronnie talks about his future plans for competition, his battles with Flex, Levrone, and Shawn on stage and much more.

while i dont like flex wheeler as much i am just shocked by what this dude went through

Even with the injuries, Ronnie was better than Cutler.  Shit, Ronnie soundly beat him at a Euro Show a week later, but of course, a reigning MrO doesn't lose those shows.

He gets stuck with Lee at 8 when he should have 9.

The travesty is if Cutler goes beyond 6 with Yates.

i don't understand why cutler wins. i get it, he's wide, but so is dennis wolf, so then why isn't wolf winning

and if width is so great why didnt dennis james win

He was in 2002 at the SOS when he lost to Gunther too , but you have to put yourself in his mindset , in order to be the best you have to convince yourself you are the best and he was the best a winners mindset , Flex had second doubts about winning in 1998 and sabotaged his efforts ( according to him ) because he didn't feel like he deserved to win

Ronnie got complacent and slacked off a little 2001/2002 with Jay , Gunther and to an extent Kevin and these got got close but 100% on Ronnie was untouchable compared to these guys , Ronnie got motivated in 03 and crushed them all
