Every year around late summer I begin a routine of enormous pectoral and biceps growth. I do A LOT of benching, flat, incline, all basically heavy, 6-8 rep range. I'll finish them off with push-ups. Then I throw some high rep flyes in to flush the pecs with blood. I follow this with heavy militaries, heavy dumbell lateral raises, and heavy french curls and pushdowns. Remember: the stronger the tries, the stronger the bench, so the bigger the pectorals. The next day is back and biceps. I go lighter on the lats, because at this time of year I want to build huge biceps, so I do enough pulldowns and rows to maintain. Then I do heavy barbell curlsfor 4 setsof 6-8. Then dumbell preacher curls for sets of 8-10, finished up with concentration curls for sets of 10-12. The concentration curls build sharp peaks, which are responsible for bedding down with young broads. From there I'll hit the squat racks heavy to keep the testosterone flowing NATURALLY. I perform each of these works three times a week on opposite days. Sundays are off, since I'm a Church going man. Abs are daily. Its very important to eat massive amounts of beef and chicken at this time, drink a gallon of milk per day, plus fruits and vegetables. Liver tablets are also a must. There you have it. A pectoral and bicep routine which will have you busting out of your fall sweaters and broads trying to pull the prick out of your pants.
